We Need Guy #3's

Seth Godin just posted this video of a dance tribe forming spontaneously at a music festival.

It begins with just one crazy guy dancing in a field and then another crazy guy joins him, but when guy #3 joins the group it transforms into a movement. 

Seth points out that initiators are rare, but guy #3 is rare too and just as important.

We are starting a new church downtown Des Moines. We need more guy #3s.
