Wow...that's something to chew on. It kinda makes you think about Nancy would feel about Nelson Searcy (@ churchleaderinsights.com)and his push for healthy church "systems". I respect both of their opinions and wonder if great leadership is not a pendulum swing of one way or another, but a need for both: A culture of hope and Healthy and functioning systems
